Visqueen’s Technical Office is designed to enhance our ability to manage and respond to technical enquiries as well as contributing to business growth and development.
The Technical Office is responsible for validating all incoming technical enquiries and ensuring that each one is thoroughly assessed. Inquiries that need specialised attention can then be easily passed to our Technical Sales Managers (TSMs) for further assistance. Meanwhile, the team will manage and assist with all other technical inquiries, ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective support. Every inquiry will be carefully recorded and tracked to maintain a smooth flow of information.
In addition to managing enquiries, the Technical Office also handles and issues sample requests, ensuring that our customers have access to the materials they need. Additionally, the team plays a crucial role in developing and promoting our training academy, helping to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer and team members alike.
Looking ahead, the Technical Office has ambitious plans for the next 6-12 months. The team will expand its scope to assist with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) requests, among other initiatives. This is just the beginning, and we are confident that the Technical Office will continue to find new ways to support our customers and drive our business forward.
