Getting the guidance you need

Visqueen's dedicated technical support team are on hand to assist you with your waterproofing and gas protection requirements, no matter how complex they may be.

Our team provide complete design solutions, and offer support at every stage of the process until the project is complete. In addition, Visqueen offers a full Professional Indemnity package for the structural warranty providers who insist on having professional indemnity. As part of this process we look to establish the expectation of stakeholders pre-project, and follow these up with on-site support. At the end of the project we issue you with a full design handover pack which provides everything from full specification of the waterproofing systems recommended, to accreditation and certification. That’s the Visqueen difference.

On site support every step of the way

The substructure contract package is likely to be the most complex element of the whole build, especially when faced with complex ground contamination issues and below ground structures which lie within the water table. At Visqueen we have a trained team of technical experts who can support and guide you through the whole process.

We understand build sequencing and buildability; therefore, the designed system can be implemented with ease. Our industry leading product range will survive the build process and leave the building completely safe during its in-service lifespan.

Specialist Sub-Contractor

Leading design and installation solutions

This specialist network of sub-contractors install gas membranes and gas ventilation schemes at ground level and waterproof solutions to below ground structures. The installers deal with an array of membranes and complex detailing arrangements, therefore making them specialists within this field. These installers hold NVQ Level 2 for gas membrane installations. NVQ’s are based on national occupational standards.

Specialist installers should be sought when dealing with challenging contamination issues and substructures, which are subjected to hydrostatic pressure from ground water. Visqueen have a register of trained installers who can assist the main contractor and sub-contracting civil engineers.
